We organise Organizational Development Workshop at least twice every year to enhance group cohesiveness and interpersonal skills. In regular meetings they are free to air their all kinds of grievances and it is ensured that their problems are solved. We organise several annual programmes in which all employees participate enthusiastically. We celebrate 'May Day' and 'Vishwakarma Pooja' every year.
